42 individuals including PM issued notice by the SC
Notice was issued today on 42 individuals including the Prime Minister to appear before the Supreme Court on the 8th of April.
Notice was issued in relation to two petitions filed by the Sri Lanka Bar Association seeking an order to direct the Cabinet of Ministers to take immediate action to resolve the prevailing economic crisis.
The directives were issued by justices Gamini Amarasekera, Shiran Gunaratne, and Kumudini Wickremesinghe when the petitions were taken up for consideration today.
The petitions will be taken up for examination on the 8th of April.
