Sabry is the night watchman of Watergate, not of cricket team – Ranil
Making a special statement in Parliament today (04), Finance minister – Ali Sabry said that his job is similar to that of a night watchman of a cricket team.
“I am doing the job of a night watchman who comes from the back and protects the front lines. I am not an economist. If there is an economist, please come and accept this,” he said.
However, speaking later, former PM – Ranil Wickremesinghe said that Sabry was not the night watchman of a cricket team but the night watchman of Watergate.
