Patali preparing to change camps?
Parliamentarian Patali Champika Ranawaka has commended Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe for taking up the challenge of addressing the country’s economic issues, at a time when a number of political party leaders backed away from the responsibility.
In a letter addressed to Prime Minister Wickremesinghe, MP Ranawaka said he is of the stance that an interim all-party government must be formed to overcome the current challenges.
He said although some factions are calling for the conduct of the election, he believes such a move is not practical. MP Ranawaka through his letter has stated that he will extend his support if an interim all-party government is formed.
