Jackson Anthony admitted to ICU
Popular Sri Lankan TV personality – Jackson Anthony has been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of the Colombo National Hospital following an accident in Anuradharapura last night (02).
A Hospital Spokesperson said that he was admitted to the Anuradhapura Teaching Hospital along with two others and was subject to a surgery before he was transferred to Colombo.
The two other people are currently being treated at the Anuradhapura Teaching Hospital with one of them in the ICU.
Anthony and two others were injured last night (02) when the vehicle they were travelling in, collided with a wild elephant.

Veteran actor Jackson Anthony and two others were injured last night (02) when the vehicle they were travelling in, collided with a wild elephant.
The incident had happened in the Moragoda area along the Anuradhapura-Thalawa Road.
The three individuals were admitted to the Anuradhapura Hospital.
The wild elephant had fallen on the vehicle with the impact of the accident, causing severe damage to the vehicle.
Residents in the area and the Thalawa Police had assisted in getting the injured hospitalized.
