The 18 Hairpin Bends (Daha Ata Wanguwa) section of the Kandy – Mahiyanganaya road has been closed again.

the Ministry of Highways says the section will be closed for traffic from 8.00 pm – 5.00 am daily till further notice.

The landslip took place in the area yesterday (19) with authorities closing down the road before re-opening it today morning.
