CBK expresses her stance
Former President Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga has expressed her stance with regard to the upcoming Presidential election.
Speaking with a group of SLFP activists in the Attanagalla electorate recently, Ms. Kumaratunga has said that she will not back any candidate at the Presidential election.
During the meeting, some activists had proposed to back Sajith Premadasa.
In response, Ms. Kumaratunga had said that although she would not back a single candidate, the SLFP group was free to back anyone as they saw fit.
