Surcharge Tax Bill in line with constitution – SC 
The Supreme Court has informed that the proposed Surcharge Tax Bill is not in contravention to the Constitution and therefore can be passed by a majority.
Deputy Speaker – Rajith Siyambalapitiya informed this to the House during today’s (22) sitting of Parliament.
