Karu sworn in as MP
Karu Paranawithana was sworn in as a Member of Parliament earlier today (Sep. 03) before Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena.
Paranawithana fills the seat left vacant by the resignation of Thalatha Athukorala.
