350 prisoners to be released on Prisoners’ Day
A total of 350 prisoners serving sentences for minor offenses are to be released tomorrow (Sep. 12) to mark Prisoners’ Day.
According to the Prisons Spokesman, they will be released on a state pardon through powers vested with the President.
